My Nan and her new husband got married in August and with me being the only photographer in the family, I got asked if I could help out. Of course I’m not gonna give up any experience which could further my skills and photography name.
I traveled from Hampshire all the way back to my home town Newcastle Upon Tyne and I loved every second of being the photographer. Without any experience of doing weddings before, they had put their faith in me not to mess it up. It was a lot of pressure for me but I dealt with it well and had support of all my family.
My Canon 700D with the basic lens done me well and this experience has urged me to pay for courses to be taught how to use my camera to it full potential and get a qualification in wedding photography. Once I have got my qualifications, I’d love to start my own photography business and be able to take photos as a second job.
All of the reviews I have had from my family and friends on the photographs I have taken has really pushed me to get my qualifications and all the support I have had from other Instagram users.
