2018 is approaching us so fast and I feel like I haven’t done anything with my life this year. I feel very unproductive and I want this to change. I’m not saying that all the amazing things I have achieved were for nothing because I am so proud of them but I want to push myself to do better.
So here are my predictions for how my 2018 is going to go:
- I am going to smash my view counts on my blog
I’m a slacker when it comes to my social media mainly cos I am so busy with work and studying. I plan to make my blog a priority on my days off and schedule a lot of posts. At least once a week is a plan. I want to be able to get at least 25% more views next year
- Upload more to YouTube
I started my YouTube channel because it was something I was passionate about and I wish I had more time for it at the moment but studying is taking priority and so it should. Same with my blog, I will plan to upload at least once a week and schedule lots of videos. I want to get a vlogging camera to be able to do more days out and films. I plan to do more series on my channel such as challenges and tags. I want to be able to get my boyfriend and friends involved to make more interesting videos.
- Spend more days out with Gareth
We have been together for 9 months now and they have been the best 9 months of my life. We both have very busy lives and rarely do any days out together. I want to be able to have one day a month where we put our busy lives on hold and spend a lovely day out with each other doing things on our bucket lists. We both wanted to climb a mountain and we did it together!
- Focus on myself more
I am the type of person to put everyone before myself and it is draining. I need to focus on my mental health and my own happiness. There will be days where I can’t take much more and just want to stay in bed all day. This is going to stop and I am going to get out and do more of what makes me happy. I will fight my social anxiety and all the stresses in my life. I have a negative outlook on life and I need to change this. I will be positive!
